Planning and common questions
Review the project inputs before pricing.
Final requirements should be confirmed with the facility team, qualified project professionals, applicable material guidance, and the authority having jurisdiction.
What should a facility provide when requesting a flammable storage quote?
Provide the material inventory and safety data, container types and quantities, anticipated loading workflow, site location, available utilities, access constraints, and any project requirements already received.
How is a flammable storage configuration different from general chemical storage?
The material classification and storage application may alter the approach to ventilation, electrical selection, containment, access hardware, and available suppression options. The configuration should be developed around the specific project conditions.
Can an outdoor flammable storage enclosure be configured for a site?
AEL fabricates containerized configurations around site conditions and project requirements. The final project requirements should be confirmed with the facility team, qualified project professionals, and the authority having jurisdiction.
How does AEL define the configuration direction?
Bring flammable inventory and facility workflow into one review. The FCS Series gives project teams a containerized format for flammable storage planning. Start with the material classifications, container types, quantity, site location, facility access, and requirements provided for the project. AEL then scopes the enclosure direction around those conditions.
