Prefabricated data center support enclosures.
Prefabricated Data Center Infrastructure & E-Houses: Factory-built electrical equipment buildings, cooling infrastructure, and containerized generator enclosures with UL 508A controls and factory acceptance testing available as specified.
Built in-house: AEL is fully vertically integrated. Control panels, container retrofits, plumbing, electrical, fire suppression and HVAC installation, welding, sheet metal fabrication, and powder coating are all done by our own team. See our in-house capabilities.

Planning questions
Define the enclosure architecture and integration scope.
Data center support projects begin with the equipment schedule, heat load, access plan, utilities, site constraints, controls, testing, and delivery requirements.
What types of data center enclosures does AEL build?
AEL builds prefabricated modular-frame support buildings and ISO-container enclosure platforms for electrical equipment, UPS and battery rooms, generators, cooling systems, controls, and related data center infrastructure.
What is the difference between Category One and ISO Container construction?
Category One uses a modular-frame building architecture for custom layouts and larger support spaces. ISO Container construction begins with a transportable container format for equipment packages, power distribution, battery integration, and site-coordinated installation.
How is HVAC or thermal management selected?
Cooling and ventilation are sized around the equipment heat load, redundancy strategy, environmental limits, site climate, enclosure geometry, service clearances, and approved project design basis.
Can AEL integrate electrical distribution and UL 508A control-panel capability?
Yes, when included in the project scope. Electrical distribution, monitoring, control interfaces, and UL 508A control-panel capability can be coordinated with the equipment schedule and factory-testing requirements.
Is factory acceptance testing available?
Factory acceptance test procedures, witness points, reports, and supporting documentation can be included as specified. The final test plan depends on the equipment, controls, integration scope, and customer requirements.
Can a data center support enclosure be customized for an existing site?
Yes. Dimensions, doors, equipment access, structural interfaces, utilities, cooling, controls, finishes, delivery, and field-installation requirements can be developed around the approved site and equipment information.
