CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
EXCELLENT Based on 41 reviews Posted on Brett EtengoffTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a C1D1 delivered to Ohio and the experience was smooth. Good communication, on-time delivery, and everything went as expected. Overall, a solid experience.I have also been talking to the owner after my purchase about questions relating to install and usage, and he has been happy to answer them.Posted on Andrew FreedmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great customer service, great unit. AEL is mine and my companies choice. Don’t hesitate to purchase a unit.Posted on Petros SalmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. the best experience purchasing C1D1. Chris was excellent working with. Communication was great. He made it work in a difficult situation Great job 👍Posted on Jason SparxTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Advanced Exctraction Labs made it happen. Chris brought in his crew and completed the project in four days. Their execution was flawless. Every time I need to put up a C1D1, I’m hiring Advanced Extraction Labs.Posted on Michael WismannTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fast and efficient service. Got our C1D1 booth delivered on time with excellent communication.Posted on Timberly WalshTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Could not find anyone to do the job. Came in at the end of the day like a super hero, knocked out the project in 3 days. Everything was incredibly neat, organized and clean. Team was positive and professional. Loved these guys. Strongly recommend. Seemed to pivot with any application. Five Stars!!Posted on Kameron WalkerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We bought a booth for a small lab. These guys are a small family operated business. And it shows you a name not a number. Absolute top quality customer service. And they are the full package they offer everything to the bottom. A-to-ZPosted on oliver gouletTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Awesome experience with these guys! Isaac is the man and has gone above and beyond for my team!!Posted on Fabio RodiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I want to start off by saying I would give Advanced Extraction Labs a 10 star review if I could. After obtaining quotes from many companies, it was a no brainer who we were going to choose. Issac was amazing to work with. He was fast in providing me with a quote, and the turn around time for the booth was half compared to the rest as well as the cost. We purchased a 30'L x 10'W x 12'H booth, bigger then most booth in the industry, and it looks amazing. As we have experience in the construction of the booth we decided to construct it ourselves. We have a 3 hour time difference, and Issac was always there to answer our calls any time we had a question. This company is extremly professional and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an extraction booth.Posted on James MillsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I bought equipment from Xtractor Depot and it was a disaster. Found Chris at Advanced and he had my booth installed in a month. I’m 1,000miles away and everything went smooth as silk. This company does what they say and that’s so appreciated. Will never use any other extraction company. Great experience, five star

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Advanced Extraction Labs manufacture?
AEL designs and manufactures integrated enclosure systems for critical environments — battery energy storage containers (Sentinel, Energy Cubes), prefabricated data center enclosures, switchgear rooms, UL-certified C1D1/C1D2 hazardous location enclosures, modular cleanrooms, and specialty containment buildings. Every system is custom-engineered to the customer’s site, code requirements, and integration plan, and built in our Santa Rosa, California facility.
Is AEL a UL-certified manufacturer?
Yes. AEL is among the few U.S. manufacturers UL-listed for C1D1/C1D2 hazardous location enclosures, with UL 508A certification for our control panels. UL listing is a third-party validation that the entire enclosure assembly — not just individual components — meets the National Electrical Code and NFPA standards. This is a significant differentiator from suppliers that integrate UL-listed parts but lack listing for the complete enclosure.
What industries does AEL serve?
AEL’s primary verticals are battery energy storage (utility-scale BESS, data center UPS, microgrid, commercial battery rooms), data centers and electrical infrastructure, hazardous-location applications (chemical processing, pharmaceutical, solvent extraction, industrial flammable storage), and clean and specialty environments (ISO cleanrooms, GMP-compliant labs). Customers include Boeing, SpaceX, MacDermid Alpha Electronic Solutions, and PLZ Corp.
Are your products engineered or off-the-shelf?
Custom-engineered. Every AEL enclosure is sized, configured, and engineered to the customer’s specific site conditions, throughput requirements, code jurisdiction, and integration plan. We provide stamped layout drawings, equipment schedules, ventilation and fire calculations, and full submittal packets for permitting.
What integrated safety systems do AEL enclosures include?
Depending on the application: fire suppression (clean agent or dry chemical), gas detection, explosion-resistant ventilation, fire-rated wall and roof assemblies (1-hour to 3-hour), pressure relief, hazardous location electricals (NEC Article 500), thermal runaway detection (battery storage), and environmental monitoring. Safety systems are engineered as one integrated package, not bolt-on accessories.
Where are AEL enclosures manufactured?
Designed, fabricated, factory-tested, and shipped from our Santa Rosa, California facility. No overseas component sourcing for safety-critical parts. We ship complete prefabricated units across the United States — significantly faster deployment than traditional onsite construction.
Do you handle permitting and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) approvals?
Yes. We provide stamped drawings, equipment cut sheets, ventilation calculations, fire suppression schematics, and full submittal packets sized for plan review. Our engineering team responds to AHJ plan-check comments and supports the permitting process. Final approval rests with your local AHJ.
How do I request a quote?
Call (888) 502-6695 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Pacific) or submit a request through our contact form. Provide your application (battery storage, data center, hazloc, cleanroom), approximate site dimensions, throughput or capacity requirements, and project timeline — our engineering team will respond within one business day with sizing recommendations and a preliminary quote.
