From scope to startup in five phases.

  1. Discovery

    Site requirements, code jurisdiction, capacity needs, timeline constraints.

  2. Design

    3D modeling, structural calcs, electrical layout, stamped drawings for permit.

  3. Fabrication

    Steel framing, panel assembly, penetrations, coatings — all in-house.

  4. Integration

    Electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, controls, and factory acceptance testing.

  5. Delivery

    Shipped complete on flatbed. Crane-set, connect utilities, energize.
