Electrical Components:
Covered for 1 year from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.
Panels and Structure:
Covered for 2 years from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.
Warranty Service:
- All warranty services must be performed by an authorized Advanced Extraction Labs technician or at an authorized service facility.
- To initiate a warranty service, please contact us with your product details and a description of the issue.
Warranty Information
Our commitment is to ensure customer satisfaction and to provide a reliable and durable experience with our products.
- In the event of visible damage upon delivery, customers must document the damage (with pictures) and report it to the delivery personnel and Advanced Extraction Labs before accepting the shipment.
- Our warranty does not cover any expenses related to non-manufacturer defects or damages.
- Advanced Extraction Labs is not liable for consequential damages due to breach of warranty. Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Limitations
The warranty is void if damage occurs after delivery or installation due to mishandling, misuse, or external factors.
Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Items must be unused, with original parts and packaging materials.
- Shipping, handling, and customized items are non-refundable.
