As one of the only UL508A control shops, we build all controls in house to meet your specifications. Our Cubes series labs can also be placed indoors based on your requirements. These C1D1 labs are fully outdoor rated and can be placed directly outside without the need to be covered! Multi zone configurations are also available including C1D1/C1D2, C1D1/ packaging room, C1D1/Kitchen, and much more! Need a larger setup? What solvent types can I use in this C1D1 hazardous location enclosure?
Our Cubes Series C1D1 hazardous location enclosures are compatible with any solvent type including hydrocarbon, butane, ethanol, and pentane! For those using multiple solvent types, we can install 2 or more gas detectors calibrated to different solvent types! For most C1D1 labs, we can configure the booth to have two independent zones. This can include a C1D1 section, C1D2 area, clean room, packaging room, and more! Call us for more information on our custom capabilities.
What extractor types can I use in this C1D1 lab?
You can use any extractor type in this C1D1 hazardous location enclosure! Multiple extractor types and centrifuge processing systems are both compatible with your new C1D1 hazardous location enclosure! Have an uncommon size extractor? Is this an indoor C1D1 lab or outdoor C1D1 lab?
Our Cubes series C1D1 hazardous location enclosure is made to be an outdoor booth! This unit is weather rated and can be placed directly outside directly onto the ground or a concrete slab! This C1D1 hazardous location enclosure can also be placed indoors and ducted out through your roof! Check out our modular style indoor labs for more options!
Does my Cubes series lab ship assembled?
YES! Your new cubes series lab ships fully assembled and pre-wired including all lights, motors, gas detectors, emergency buttons, controls. AC, and sub panel! In addition to this, our C1D1 Cubes series labs can be fitted with a dry chemical fire suppression system that also arrives assembled! All that is left onsite will be the main power connection, and activation of the fire system by a local fire company!
