Methods & carriers

We ship via trusted parcel and freight carriers. Freight deliveries are typically curbside and may require an appointment. Large crates may need a forklift at delivery; liftgate service may be available where appropriate.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout or on your order/quote based on weight, dimensions, destination, and required services.

Receiving & inspection

Inspect packaging and products upon delivery. If damage or shortage is visible, note it with the driver (e.g., on the delivery receipt), photograph the issue, and contact us promptly so we can assist with a claim or replacement.

Address changes & refusals

Address corrections after dispatch, refused deliveries, or returns due to incorrect addresses may incur additional carrier fees.
