Wall Material

Our wall is a chemically inert polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film, laminated to pre-treated metal, suitable for internal for controlled environments. Joints between panels can be either caulked or chemically cold-welded.

Insulated panels and doors – which are all washable surfaces – provide a sealed monolithic structure for maintaining hygiene safe requirements when exposed to secondary food contact and corrosive cleaning agents. The tight fitting panel joints offer superior airtightness, preventing thermal bridging and condensation. The corrosive factors of an internal environment are determined by the presence of corrosive chemicals and / or micro-organisms in the internal atmosphere, relative humidity, as well as by the frequency of cleaning, aggressiveness of the cleaners, degreasers, sanitizers, and method of cleaning.

Roof Panels & Ceilings:
We offer two types of roofs one will be self-supporting the other is the T dropped ceiling suspended from the structure of the building.
A cleanroom is any controlled environment where the air is filtered to remove finite particles and contaminants from the room. A modular cleanroom relies on prefabricated components to deliver an environment that meets even the strictest cleanroom classification requirements. Modular cleanrooms offer the same benefits of a traditional cleanroom but are faster and more affordable to install, and are easily reconfigured or expanded to meet your facility’s changing needs.

Filtration:
High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filter: 99.99% efficient, with a MERV pre filter for positive air entering the clean room, the air handling system will depend on the size of the rom. The size of the filtration systems will also depend on the clean room, filters are leak tested in accordance with IEST standards and meet UL 900.

Lighting:
General Industrial LED Light Fixture, The LE101 Series is an ordinary location LED fixture that is available in 4 Ft. and 8 Ft. lengths. This fixture is ideal for warehouses, general industrial areas or other locations where task/area lighting is needed.

Intake Fan:
One (1) 12″, 6-blade ACME exhaust fan used to push air into the room. This fan provides a total of 200 CFM @ ½” s.p. Fan is tube axial, belt driven, with non-sparking polypropylene blades. A streamlined belt tunnel isolates the motor, drives and bearings from the air stream.

Exhaust Fan:
One (1) 12″, 6-blade ACME exhaust fan used to push air out of the room. This fan provides a total of 200 CFM @ ½” s.p. Fan is tube axial, belt driven, with non-sparking polypropylene blades. A streamlined belt tunnel isolates the motor, drives and bearings from the air stream. positive pressure fan filter units include HEPA fan blowers capable of ISO Class 3 – ISO Class 8 air quality conditions.
