Refund & Returns Policy

Many AEL solutions are built‑to‑order. We accept returns on eligible stock items and will work with you on remedies for shipping damage or mis‑shipments. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Eligibility
Return window: within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Not returnable: custom or made‑to‑order products, special orders, electrical components once installed, used or damaged items, and clearance/final‑sale items.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order information and reason for return.
We’ll confirm eligibility and issue an RMA with the correct return address.
Pack securely; include the RMA number on the label.
Ship with a trackable method and insurance as appropriate.
Fees & shipping
Return shipping: customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
Restocking: up to 15% for unopened items; up to 25% for opened packaging or items requiring inspection/recertification. We will disclose any applicable fee during the RMA process. (If your internal policy requires higher fees for certain categories, contact us and we will advise before you ship anything.)
Refund method & timing
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
Contact us to discuss exchanges or configuration changes; we’ll advise on availability and lead times.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect deliveries upon arrival. If damage or shortage is visible, note specifics on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours. Concealed damage should be reported within 5 calendar days so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
