Our extraction booths are compatible with any extraction application, with the latest technology to allow for a precise, contaminant free final product. For each of these types of extraction, we offer sensors calibrated to handle the specific fumes created when utilizing these variations. Our labs are perfect for small, medium, and large extraction environments. For larger extraction systems, we can customize a lab to your specifications! Dual zone labs including C1D1,C1D2, and ISO7 are also available in multiple configurations. For more info on any of our products, don’t hesitate to contact us.

The extraction type that you choose will guide which equipment you will need to get the job done. See the extraction types below!

Co2 Extraction: This process removes cannabis components with carbon dioxide, slightly more expensive equipment but with a higher yield.
Ethanol Extraction: is a polar solvent and results in a lower concentration of fat soluble lipids

Propane Extraction: Propane extraction creates higher overall pressure, resulting in a lighter final product as well as higher terpene preservation.
IsoButane Extraction: This process creates higher pressure than N Butane Extraction, and has a lighter colored yield in a shorter amount of time

N Butane Extraction: Butane has a boiling point higher than propane, which ultimately results in slower solvent recovery and a darker color.

Essential Oil Extraction: Our booths are utilized by many industry professionals in a wide variety of fields. Any company that uses extracts can benefit from our systems. Compatible with any type of extraction, our explosion proof rooms are here to take you to the next level. Plant and vitamin extracts are a breeze in our contaminant-free environment, resulting in a purer final product.
Steam Distillation- This extraction process is mainly used in extracting Essential Oils, as they are temperature sensitive. This process utilizes steam to condense the product for easy collection, without deteriorating the end purity. Our extraction booths are built to excel at this type of process and allow for a high production rate.

Solvent Extraction– In this process, food-grade solvents are introduced into the mix to separate essential oils from plant material. This process creates an aromatic “concrete” that is mixed with alcohol to create the final product. Overall, this produces perfumes and other forms of aromatherapy.
